GUIDELINES TO CONSUME

Depending very much on the individual and the state of a person’s illness (consult our consultant for further advice):

• Take on an empty stomach or before meals with a glass of water (at least 2-3 hours after eating if taken after a meal).
• Consume up to 3 capsules per day depending on the disease. It can be separated into 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule in the afternoon and 1 capsule at night.
• For better effects, continue for at least 1-3 months.
