We used "grape pepper" produced in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan's largest producer of pepper and "rice oil" produced in Wakayama.
"Grape pepper" is characterized by a fruity and sweet scent over other production areas.
I use the one ground to the ground in the mortar so that scent does not fly by heat.
The stimulation of the pepper activates the feeling of the tongue, and you can also taste the dishes that you topped.
For base oil, 100% domestic raw material "rice oil" is used.
Because it is not nearly tasteless and odorless, there is no habit, so it enhances the taste of the ingredients.
