We always strive to provide the highest quality skin care products to users. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out or people change their minds. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product exchanges or returns within 7 days of purchase.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Review the entire Return Policy below. Drop us a request for your exchange or refund. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials and promotional items, along with the product's original packaging when sending the product(s) to us. Include a copy of your purchase. Mail your return within 3 days upon confirmation from us of the return to the address provided. We will process any return as soon as we can, but please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed; excluding long holidays like Chinese New Year or Christmas.

Return Policy

Products are eligible for a refund if you decide you don't want the item, it didn't meet your expectations within seven (7) days after the product(s) have been shipped out.

You will be responsible for the return mailing/shipping costs.

Please make an exchange or refund request prior to sending the product(s) to us. Any returns sent to us without prior notification cannot be accepted.

Returned items are subject to inspection. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, and any original product packaging must be returned in full. Returned products may not be altered, used or damaged.

Multiple return requests for the same product(s) can be made and will be subjected to our review. We reserve the right to deny multiple exchanges or refunds on product(s) purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. You might be refused an exchange or refund if item is found to be damaged during transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking.
