It's basically a simple mock down Space Shuttle. There are two astronauts. The front cockpit holds one astronaut pilot figure. The main cargo space opens up. Inside is a robot arm that can either hold a missile shooter or the other astronaut. This astronaut is otherwise seated on a seat inside the cargo area.The cockpit can be opened by removing the top. The shuttle has wheels that you can roll on the ground or fold up. It also has lights that mimic the engine firing. All this versatility means you can simulate the shuttle flying into space, exploring or firing at aliens.The shuttle is very well built and very sturdy, just like all the other Playmobil products. The best thing about it is that it can also be combined with the Rocket/Launching Pad (6195) and the Satellite (6197) for even more play value. And of course any of these sets can be combined with any of the older Playmobil space sets. I've had other Playmobil space sets but these 3 new releases are the best to date, and I've been collecting them as an adult for many years. I love that it is well made and durable because he is pretty rough and has already dropped it a few times.
