Did not purchase this particular item, but did purchase another item. They told me the same thing as the other customer. Did not want to give me my money back. The product was not of good quality. They offered to give me half my money back or another size. But did not want to just give me my money back. I just ended up getting another size, which did not fix the problem. I ordered a large and it did not fit right. Trying to figure out how to return the item was a long process. I emailed the company asking for the info to send it back and get my refund and they told me that returning it is a hassel and to keep the item with a 50% refund.
