       When you Received the light bulb and check whether it can light up, if not, please check your lamp holder, or replace the lamp holder with a new one,  most bulbs that cannot light up are due to the light base not adapting the lamp holder. Every bulbs are checked carefully before shiping.Thanks                                           Gaia
