-We shall not honor any cancellation once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

-All item sold are non refundable unless due to manufacturing defect or wrong items mailed or paid item is out of stock.

In Case of any exchange approval:

-In any case,customer wish to exchange the dress due to any types of reasons,certain admin fee will be charged.

-Customer will need to send the products back to us before we ship out the replacement.

-Customer are responsible for 2 ways shipping fee in any circumstances.

Important note:

**Most of the dress comes with Lining. Measurement for lining is 2 to 4cm smaller than the listed measurement. 

The lining has medium elasticity, can strech up to 2 to 3cm.
