Shipping:

1. Stock readily available in Singapore.

2. Singpost Normal Mail: Takes 2 to 7 working days. Sometimes might delay up to 3 weeks. We will not be responsible for any lost to items post via Singpost. Thus, we recommend buyer to opt for Singpost registered mail.

3. Singpost Registered Mail: Tracking number will be given. Takes 2 to 7 working days. Strongly recommended.

4. Please ensure address is correct. Else any cost arising from resending of item will be bourne by buyer. We'll contact you once we've received any returned parcel.

5. Order will be sent out within 24 hours during working day, excluding weekend, public holidays and unforseen circumstances.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy 

1. The following are not consider as manufacturer’s defects and strictly no refund:- minor thread frays, slight mis-alligment of the seams, minor stain, actual color of the item and the colour shown in the photographs on the website as the color of items received might slightly differs as what is seen on the computer screen due to the different colour schemes setting on the computers or studio lighting during photos taking. If we run out of stock, we will provide refund to payment made.

2. We will ensure all items are in good condition before mailing. However, there are risks of damage during transit or possibilities of electronics malfunctioning. For exchange, please e-mail to us within 48 hours the receipt of the items and defect photo for verification.

3. NO exchange of the color after orders have been shipped out.
