It is not over drying. It's gentle enough I use it twice per day and I have sensitive skin. I've used Neutrogena products for years and would often switch up my products based on what was new, but I can't stop using this. When I first tried it, I thought my skin was burning b/c of the menthol, but the cooling effect is actually great b/c I feel like it opens up my pores so that the acne medicine can gets deep in my pores, which is great. It doesn't smell bad like most other products. For me one tube will last about 2-3 months which great b/c of the price. It doesn't dry my skin out (and I use prescription medicine from my dermatologist as well) and it works great with my other products. My skin looks and feels great. I can honestly say that I see a huge difference in my skin tone and appearance since using this product. My acne does seem to be more under control and I have fewer breakouts since I've been constant with this product.
