The polka dots are blue & a chocolate color. Be nice if the flaps on side pockets had snaps, as the flaps wont stay down. I bough this for my 10yr old who will be walking 2 school. She can fit her backpack on first, under the coat so her bag will stay dry. The length is great as it will cover her legs. Comes down to her mid calf. just at top of her rain boots. I will need to roll up the sleeves for her. If you are buying this for an adult, it wont fit an plus size person. Its good for an average size adult only. I did buy 2 just encase one rips as it might, as its thing and good for light use only. Walking is fine, anything else would be questionable. Hood is removable.
