It is a new sculpt and the figure itself is heavy. So, it is very quality. The helmet sculpt is the best that I've seen and his eyes have a red pinpoint tint in them if you reflect a light in them. To me, this is the figure of the wave. Also, Walmart has stepped up how they shipped the figures.
