This improves blood flow while keeping this shin guard positioned in the optimal place on the leg to prevent injury. Available sizes are small, medium and large. This sizing is based on calf circumference and the product can run big if you're looking for a snug fit. Small: 10-13" Medium: 14-16" Large: 17-19" All sleeve lengths are 9.5 inches.
