Terms & Conditions

•      We are not liable for any damage or lost in transit via normal mail (no tracking is available). Qxpress Courier Service is  strongly recommended.
•      Item(s) ordered will be dispatched within 3 working days upon order confirmation (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday)
•      In the event the item(s) are returned due to buyer’s error due to wrong item(s) order, delivery information provided etc, buyer shall be liable for the additional courier charges
•      Colour of the item may vary due to the lighting on the computer.
•      In the event the item(s) was delivered to be faulty, wrong colour or size, please email to us at ivwareonline@gmail.com within 7 days.
•      Please also provide a photo of item(s) and packaging received as a proof.
