Hi.I dont know if you remember me, but I wrote to you about 1 1/2 months ago to enquire about GOE's products and since then I have been using Grape E and Rosa E. You said you'd welcome feedback, so here it is. I am very happy with the products as my friends have remarked that they see a healthy glow on my face. The pigmentation scars (from 20 years ago) have faded but only very slightly. I guess that would take time. I think one pigmentation pack can last me more than 2 months, and I do use it very regularly as I replenish each time I wash my face, and that's like 4 times a day. Although I was at first a bit apprehensive about splashing "oil" on my face, I am so glad that though it is "oil", it does not feel "oily" at all. And previously I can never tolerate ANY cosmetics on my face (that is why I use none at all), but I seem to be ok with GOE. No break-out except for an occasional small tiny pimple on the eyebrows (that goes away after a day). The other day, I was jungle trekking and someone (obviously younger than me) asked her son to give way to this "che-che" (sister.ha ha). Me.a "che-che"? I am forty years old, much older than she. Well, that's the feedback for now. I am very happy with your products really, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

How do I use your face serums?
Use our Gentle Exfoliating Facial Scrub twice a week for best results, together with either our Gentle Milk Cleanser (Dry/sensitive skin) or Rosa T Mild Gel Cleanser (Oily Skin). Cleanse skin first, followed by Gentle Exfoliating Facial Scrub. For sensitive skin, use once a week.
Should I apply moisturizer after applying your serum?
It is not necessary to apply moisturizer as our products are rich in moisturizing ingredients, which help hydrate your skin. But if you wish to use a moisturizer, you can use it after applying the serum.
Can I apply your serum around my eye area?
You can use our serum around your eye area, however, do ensure you only apply it using the last residue of the serum that remains on your fingertips after applying the serum on your face. Gently pat around the eye area till fully absorbed.
I have very oily face. Will applying Rosa T Acne Serum make my face even oilier?
No. Rosa T Acne Serum is specially formulated to penetrate into your skin quickly, leaving no greasy after-feel. Not only will it not make your face oilier, it will reduce the oiliness of your face.
I noticed two different packaging of Rosa T Acne Serum on the market. Are they the same?
Yes, they are the same. We have just launched our new packaging design but you can still buy the old one as long as it is within expiry date.
Which product should I use for my acne scars — Rosa T Acne Serum or Natur E Scar Serum?
If you have acne-prone skin, you should treat your acne first with Rosa T Acne Serum. Once the acne is cleared, use Natur E Scar Serum for the acne scars. The good thing about Rosa T Acne Serum is it helps prevent acne scars while treating the acne. For old acne scars, it is best to use Natur E Scar Serum.
I'm in my 40s and would like to use your serum products but I'm not sure which product best suits my skin. I have dry and sensitive skin.

How soon will I see the results of your serum?
It depends on the severity of your skin condition. For mild condition, you should be able to see the results in 3–4 weeks time, provided you apply our serum diligently every day. The reason it takes 3–4 weeks is because our skin takes about 28 days to renew itself completely.
Can I apply your serum to my hair?

Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a refund. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and accessories in order to receive a refund. We will credit the cost of the merchandize according to your method of payment (refund will be given as Money Back).
However, if for any reason this return policy is not strictly adhered to, we will not be responsible for issuing any refunds and will not do so.
As for the shipping costs as well as the import duties and fees required for return shipping will not be refunded. International orders will also be subject to the conditions as stated above.
