Atlantic Fine Sea Salt 25kg

Nature’s Glory Atlantic Sea Salt comes from the clean, environmentally protected Algarvian salt marshes of Portugal.

After harvesting, it is washed 3 times with sea water to create the smoothness and natural whiteness of our salt, yet preserving natural flavour and nutrients. It is then dried and sifted to ensure a fine, consistent granule.

In contrast, commercial salt is bleached, refined at 1200 degree F, microwaved, and infused with synthetic chemicals that act as flowing agents to achieve desired texture and cosmetic features. This results in a metallic bitter flavour.

Our sea salt is lower in sodium, milder in taste, with pH closer to healthy body. Ideal for every use as table salt, cooking and baking.
