Simply fill the 32inch numbers with normal air and place the number balloons on your dessert table or paste it on your wall!

• Balloons are in deflated form and are designed for pasting on the wall/window or placing on dessert table.• Balloons are NOT designed for inflating with helium. It will NOT float even if filled with helium.
• Straw will be provided for inflating balloon
