Washing Instructions for Pognae Baby Carrier

• We recommend that you hand wash your baby carrier in cold water.
• If you machine wash, make sure to close every buckle and zipper. We recommend that you put your carrier in a washing mesh bag.
• Wash on gentle/delicate in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
• The first time you wash your baby carrier, expect to have some color fading. The dyes used in the Pognae Baby Carrier may bleed. Thus, if possible, limit the frequency of your washings of the baby carrier.
• Tumble dry on low or hang dry. If you hang dry, we recommend that you let the carrier dry in the shade, as the sun will cause color fading.
• Do not machine wash the headrest with the baby carrier; the Velcro on the headrest may ruin the mesh lining of the baby carrier.

Washing Instructions for Drool Pads and Organic Drool Pads

• It is recommended that you wash the drool pads before initial use.
• Wash on gentle/delicate in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.

1)  FREE SHIPPING via Normal Shipping (Up to 10 Business Days)

Oohlalakids provides free shipping via Singpost Normal Mail for all of our customers.  However, we have found that it can take up to 10 business days for delivery.  

Please note that with this free option Oohlalakids will not be held responsible for any lost items in the mail.  This means that any lost packages will not be compensated for or replaced by Oohlalakids.

 

2)  SHIPPING via SINGPOST Registered Mail (Up to 3 Business Days)

For customers that wish to track their packages and secure their delivery, please select the Singpost Registered Mail option.  Once we ship, we will provide the tracking number by email.  Singpost usually takes up to 3 business days to deliver registered mail items.
