Soak & rinse. Cover with water & soak overnight. Drain. Bring 2 cups water & 1 cup beans to boil, reduce, & simmer 1-1 1/2 hours, or until tender. Drain & serve. Suggested Uses:
Sub for pintos or black beans in soups & salads.
An excellent base for veggie burgers & chili.
