The 23 vitamins and minerals are a nice bonus for those who don't always get time to take their supplements. I believe it tastes better than Core Power (which has 18g of added simple sugars), which I have used for seven+ years, but it is lighter (more 2% milk-like) in flavor than Boost100's Vanilla Caramel. I use both the Ensure and Boost100 together to provide higher protein in a 260 calorie meal mainly because I favor the Boost100 flavor a bit.
