Singaporean Favourites at Island Cuisine
Island Cuisine, tucked in an idyllic corner of Sentosa, offers a comprehensive selection of Singaporean delights in a buffet concept. Located at the back of Underwater World and overseeing the Harbourfront precinct,
Island Cuisine’s concept is very simple: to provide its customers a sample of Singaporean favourites though in an all-you-can-eat concept. Some items include Hainanese Chicken Rice, Mee Siam (vermicelli in spicy gravy) and Curry Chicken. Some classic snack items such as carrot cake (made from grated radish) and otah (fish paste seasoned with fragrant spices) will also be featured. All food served are no-pork and no-lard.
