The band was lashed to the watch and the buckle in a very tedious way. I thought that maybe I could shorten the band by undoing some of the lashing and try to lash it back up. Totally impossible. I ended up with a long cord and no band. I had to buy another band. The watch itself was ok, but I was very disappointed in the band. There where no instructions on how to adjust the band.
