Before first use wash each part in soapy water and rinse thoroughly.Avoid using any abrasive pads or cleaners.Cups and lids are top rack dishwasher safe and microwave safe.To remove the valve from the cup, unscrew the lid and pull gently on the valve inside.To re-insert the valve into the cup lid, press it firmly into place making sure the silicone strap is covering the outlet hole.
Important:Prime the valve before using your trainer cup.To make sure the valve functions correctly follow these instructions:
