I needed something that would help the recovery and overall muscle mass, and I am pleased to state that this product does justly that. I take it after my workout supplements, when I am resting for the day and I found it easy to take. Compared to some other products that were hard to swallow. The pills aren't too big, which is nice. I haven't see much of a difference but any help does help. My muscles aren't cramping as bad and my recovery time has reduced a lot, so I think it's working in that department.
