PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
As a dietary supplement, adults under 150 pounds mix one serving (1 scoop) with 7 to 9 oz. of water approximately 30 minutes before your workout or when you need energy. Adults over 150 pounds, mix 2 servings (2 scoops) 30 minutes prior to your workout. PRE-GRO MAX can be used on its own or with other iSatori supplements that do not contain caffeine or other stimulants. To be used as part of a resistance training program.
