Exchange Policy :
This Policy applies the same as all retail store.
1) If due to manufacturing defects 1 to 1 exchange policy hand carry to warehouse within 7 days from the date delivered.
Example :*Date delivered : 4 Oct 2017. Last date is 11 Oct 2017.
2) You must contact us via whatsapp 9897-9777 (If you come down without informing us, NO exchange is allowed).
3) Exchange item value must be the same value or must be either higher and not lower.
4) This is also prior to stocks availability. If the color / design (based on what you ordered) you want to exchange no stock, you may choose other design (chargable if price is different value)
5) Product and packaging must be returned.
6) **We reserved every rights to reject any luggage cover if failed to meet any of the terms and conditions stated above.


If customer do not want the product, and wish to have a refund, (you must meet the terms & conditions below before we allow any refund):
1. Shipping fee will not be refunded as we have already paid the courier to deliver to you once.
2. You must contact us via whatsapp 9897-9777 (If you come down without informing us, NO refund is allowed).
3. Within 7 days counting from date received the product, you must Hand Carry it to our Paya Lebar warehouse.

---->**Example: If you received the product on 24 Nov 2016, within 7 days means last day to bring down the product is 30 Nov 2016.
4. The original plastic packaging must NOT be damaged.
