- Ship orders within 24hrs on working days (wkend & public holiday excluded). Orders shipped by standard shipping method where tracking number will be provided. Available standard shipping methods are TAQBIN Courier Delivery (ship by next working day) and Qxpress Courier Delivery (ship within 1-3 working days). Both shipping methods are safe and traceable, we are responsble for all damaged and lost parcels. Both shipping methods charge only one-time no matter how many items are in your carts. We offer free shipping for order amt above $100 and $50 respectively for both shipping methods. Order can be mailed by Singpost Normal Mail but it's risky as there is no tracking number for it, buyers take it's own risk to choose this option. Normal postage take 1-5 working days for singpost' postmen to deliver. Buyers please kindly login to your Qaccount to confirm the receipt once you have received your order.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you have ordered the wrong items or wrong size, exchange is allowable if the item is unwashed and as per received. Please email to jayne@moomoofarm.com.sg for exchange procedure. If you have received a wrong item from us, please do sms or drop us an email before rating the products as we will be fully responsible for it and send you the right item. We will contact buyers for replacement if the ordered item is out of stock.

- All items listed in minishop are ready stock unless otherwise stated. All orders made to Qoo10 will be sent to us for processing and payment is directly made to Qoo10 until buyer confirm the receipt of order. All cancelled order will be refunded by Qoo10 to buyers' Qaccount.
