Directions
You Will Need 1 lb lean ground beef (or beef substitute)
In a bowl, mix packet contents with 1/2 cup warm water, stir until completely dissolved.
In a large skillet, thoroughly cook beef. Drain, returning beef to skillet.
Add taco mixture to ground beef and cook on medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat and simmer until desired thickness is reached. Makes 4, two-taco servings.Free OfGluten
