Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 12 to 16 oz. of water and take once daily. For muscle pumps, take 1 scoop 20 to 30 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 1 serving (1 scoop) in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
