I've tried other brands. This one is the only one that keeps my outbreaks down to an absolute minimum. The only thing I hate about this supplement is the pills are hard to swallow. I wish it was in a caplet form, or the edges were more rounded. Instead it's in the form of a tablet with straight edges. I TOLD MYSELF IF THIS PILL REALLY WORKS I WILL WRITE A REVIEW. (I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS FOR ANYTHING.) FIRST I WANT TO SAY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT ALREADY HAVE A SORE AND DONT KNOW IF YOU CAN STILL TAKE IT THE ANSWER IS YES YOU CAN! I SAW MANY REVIEWS THAT WHEN YOU FEEL THE TINGLE BEFORE YOU HAVE AN OUTBREK TAKE THE PILL.. YEAH YOU CAN DO THAT... BUT WHEN I WAS IN WALMART I SAW THE BOTTLE AND I ALREADY HAD THE OUTBREAK ON MY LIP AND I SAID "YOU KNOW WHAT I'M STILL GOING TO GIVE IT A SHOT" I TOOK THE PILL AROUND 1:00PM AND IT HAD GOTTEN LIGHTER ABOUT 6 HOURS LATER. THE NEXT DAY IT WAS COMPLETELY GONE WHEN I WOKE UP AT 6:00AM. I'M GIVING IT 5 STARS CAUSE IM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THIS PILL. PEOPLE CRY AND GIVE IT LESS THAN 5 STARS BECAUSE OF THE SIZE ??? CUT IT IN HALF EASY AS THAT. THEY ARE BIG PILLS BUT COMMON SENSE CUT IT!! L-LYSINE REALLY WORKS.
