Online Registration

1.  Register your SIM card on your mobile phone before leaving your country.

2.  To activate your Sim card, please visit m.gigausim.com

3.  Input your particulars, arrival date and barcode number from sim card

4.  Online registration office hours:

Weekdays, Weekend or Holidays : 9:00~21:00

It will be activated in the next day morning when it is registered during non-office hour of online registration.

Refer to userguide in packaging on how to activate SIM card before flying to South Korea. Steps below on how to enable mobile data (also available in userguide)

Step 2: Settings > Carrier > Automatic off > Manual Search > Select KT / Olleh   Step 2: Setting > Wireless & Network > Mobile Network > Access Point Name > New APN
     
Step 3: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data ON; Enable 3G ON > Restart your handset                    APN Name: alwayson
                   Enter APN: alwayson.ktfwing.com

                   Please do not modify other settings
     
    Step 3: Save > Select alwayson > Reset your handset

The SIM is valid for 7 days upon activation.

The SIM provides mobile data service in South Korea only. Voice service is not supported. This SIM is not rechargeable.

Data service and Wifi in Seoul are provided by KT and Olleh WifiZone respectively.

Please retain the outer part of the SIM card for enquiry. 

The SIM offers peak download speeds up to 7.2Mbps. Actual connection speed can vary due to factors such as relative position between you and the base station, download server source, Internet traffic conditions, number of users, device hardware, software and other factors that may arise.
