How to use:

1.Clean your skin,and then attach the patches to your body where need to massage,please make sure the patches are tightly aligned with your skin.

2.Press the “+” button to start to work,there are 9 levels of strength,you can adjust the strength by pressing the “+” and “-” button.Please set a lower strength at first.

3.Press the “M” button to select mode(6 modes),mode 1:a white light shines,mode 2:another white light shines,mode 3:two white lights shining at the same time,mode 4:a blue light shines,mode 5:another blue light shines,mode 6:two blue lights shining at the same time.

4.Cut off the power by pressing the “-” button,the intensity will be reduced a level per click,it means that the machine has been shut down untill the light is off.
