The Exercise Equipment Floor Mat is designed to protect your floor from scratches and dents from your exercise equipment. Prevent heavy equipment and dirt from damaging your floors by simply unrolling this mat onto any hard or soft surface. This mat is perfect for use under treadmills, exercise bikes, other exercise machines or on it's own for yoga, stretching and other exercises in your home or commercial gym or studio. This mat provides superior traction and slip resistance from it's dual sided texture. This mat measures 3ft wide x 6.5ft long x ¼inch thick (90cmx200cmx6cm) making it thicker and longer than most mats to allow for flexibility during use. This mat is thick for additional cushioning and protection of your floor but still easy to cut to size with a sharp knife. This surface is easy to clean with a damp cloth, broom or vacuum. This product will be shipped rolled. To ensure there are no curled edges, we recommend unrolling the mat and laying it flat for some time to let the mat "rest" and uncurl. We also recommend for heavy equipment, to lift and place equipment on the mat as opposed to drag onto the mat to prevent tearing. If your equipment is on rollers, please be careful of the mat bunching up whilst manoeuvring the equipment on to the mat, to help prevent tearing.Feature
