Product Description
The Pathfinder snare couples custom specs with a mid-depth size to create ideal snare for the student or hobbyist. Featuring an agathis shell with a beautiful cherry wood outer ply that exhibits a deeper tone than maple with smooth high frequencies, crimson super satin stain finish, and drop-style throw off, the Pathfinder is the perfect workhorse for practice and performing. 1.6mm hoops help these shells sing with a balance of attack and resonance. We designed this snare for the player who’s not looking to break the bank. With maximum value and custom looks, this drum is sure to be a showstopper. The Pathfinder snare is proudly handcrafted in Taiwan by a team of drum builders that share SJC’s vision and passion. We’ve spent countless hours visiting factories and building the right relationships to create an extension of the SJC culture overseas and ensure we can provide the same support, experience and attention to players at any level of skill or experience while offering products we are proud to put our name on. **Hardware, Cymbals and Snare Sold Separately**
