As far as I'm concerned it has 5 hr energy beat hands down. Now the only way I can get it is ordering on line and that's disappearing to. I tried coffee and I just did not get the results I thought I would. I tried several different kinds of energy drinks and this stuff is my absolute favorite. It works great for me.
