The patented Bio Solv® technology behind HydrosolubleTM Q-Gel® produces sub micron size CoQ10, increasing its surface area and exposure to bile salts for enhanced micellization and absorption. While this form does not require proximity to lipid containing meals, it is generally believed that taking it with meals will still offer the best bioavailability. Vitamin E is added to enhance the solubility of CoQ10.
