The Newborn 751-XSP dual-component multi-ratio manual adhesive applicator, also called a two-part or two-component applicator, can accommodate 750 x 150 mL and 750 x 100 mL cartridges and has a thrust ratio of 26:1 for applying two-component epoxies and other adhesives with a very high viscosity. The heat-treated piston rod is longer lasting than standard rods, and there is no need to change the push disks when changing the size of the cartridge. The easy-release gripping plate facilitates the changing of cartridges. The hammered finish handle and trigger have rubber coating for comfort.
Caulking guns, also called caulk or cartridge guns, dispense a controlled flow of products such as caulk, sealants, and adhesives from a tube or cartridge. A manual caulking gun consists of a frame which holds the tube, a trigger, and a rod which moves forward when the trigger is depressed, dispensing the product. Manual caulking guns have a thrust ratio; the higher the thrust ratio, the easier it is to dispense the caulk, sealant, or adhesive.
