Colour : An intense colour and a good limpidity.

Aroma : Nose is pleasant and fruity evoking notes of blackcurrant and liquorice.

Palate: The attack is supple on the palate with a good roundness and a nice sweetness. Then the final is structured and rich.

Recommended Cuisine

Served at a temperature between 16 and 17°C, Chateau Le Bos is perfect accompaniment of roast and grilled red meats and most of the cheeses.
