Simply connect the Blueray player of Performer, you can load the software, load the CD, burn it to CD and DVD-ROM, and play DVD and Blu-ray movies.
It is even possible to boot your Mac from OS X DVD!
Performer is a BD-ROM / 8x DVD RW drive that connects to your computer's USB port and gets power from there.
It is not necessary to connect to a separate AC power supply.
This Sonnet optical drive is so compact that it has only about two CD thickness cases, and it can be used in any place as it is hardly disturbing.
OS X Blu - ray movie playback software included If you are a Mac user you will find bundled Blu - ray player software for OS X, which will allow you to watch Blu - ray movies on your computer or monitor, very convenient.
If you are a Windows user, you can combine Blu - ray Player software for Windows and Performer (sold separately).
