The Kemp EVA Foam Kickboard won't chip, beak or absorb water. The smaller size kickboard provides less flotation support and promotes kick by preventing swimmers from lying on the board as a crutch while practicing their kicks. Highly recommended for swim teams and is an excellent low impact training aid. It is designed to build leg strength and efficiency. The Kickboard immobilizes the arms and isolates the legs so that swimmers body works harder with every kick. Not only that, it also makes every kick a perfect one. The Larger Size Kickboard gives the swimmer more flotation support while helping to improve kick. This kickboard is recommended for recreational swimmers. The small board measures 15.25" x 9.75" x 1.25" (38.75 cm x 24.77 cm x 3.2 cm) and the large board measures 18.75" x 10.5" x 1.25" (47.63 cm x 26.67 cm x 3.2 cm). Both boards are lightweight, weighing 8.8 oz. and 14.25 oz. (249.5 g to 404 g) and are blue in color. The kickboards lightweight and small sizes makes them perfect for travelling to competitions or pool fun on vacation.
