* Minor variations in measurement (within 1-3 cm) are not considered a defect as they were done manually. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate.

* Do note that goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

* Do note that there would be a grace period of 24hours from the time you have confirmed your purchase. If payment is not received within 24hours, we will release your items without prior notice. If you still wish to purchase the item/s again, you would be required to complete the procedure all over again, provided the item/s is still available.

* All parcels of YEASST are dispatched via Singapore Post. For international delivery, registered options are made available with choice of either air mailing or express courier. For registered mail, parcels dispatched to local addresses usually take 2-3 working days to reach the addressee (excluding public holidays), while it varies for international addresses depending on location. However, parcels may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as festive seasons or human error and may take longer than the stipulated time period. All these causes of delays are beyond our control. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation with the Registered Article no. (RA) of your parcel. The RA no. allows you to track your parcel status with Singapore Post here.

* By agreeing to allow your parcel to be mailed out by Singapore Post, YEASST will not be responsible for delayed and lost mails. However, we will render our best assistance in helping you to try to retrieve any missing mail. If you wish to make any mail related enquiries on your own, you may do so here, or call them at 1605 (local), +65 6841 2000 (overseas), and +65 6845 6607 (registered articles).

* You may use non-registered mail , however YEASST will not be responsible for any lost mails.

* Parcels will be dispatched by YEASST within 3 working days upon payment received.
