How to Use
Activation:
We will activate your card in accordance with your date of departure, 1 day before departure by default. Please be noticed that neither rescheduling of activation would be arranged, nor refund will be given, if you change your travel itinerary without noticing us at least 4 days in advance.
Contact us at Hi@andystrip.com for activation date (4days in advance). Otherwise we will activate ONE DAY in advance of your visit date filled.
APN Setting
In the event you fail to gain access to the internet after inserting SIM card, follow the instructions below to change your APN settings
Please ensure your 4G/LTE and data roaming is enabled
IOS instructions:
Navigate to your iPhone’s settings
Navigate to the "Mobile Data” section, switch on "Mobile Data”, switch on "Enable 4G”, switch on "Data Roaming”
Find APN from "Mobile Data Options” and "Mobile Data Network”
Fill User name with "Dialog” and APN with "ppwap”
Android instructions:
Navigate to your phone’s "Settings”
Navigate to the "Mobile Networks” section
Enable "Data Roaming”
Navigate to "Access Point Names”
Create new APN
Fill User name with "Dialog” and APN with "ppwap”
Shipping Information

1. Singpost normal mail. (Deliver to letterbox, missing or lost mail at customer own risk but shipping proof will provided)
2.Singpost Smart pac mini (+$3.2):2 - 3 working days
Postman delivers SmartPac to recipient’s doorstep. If unsuccessful, postman will deliver to letterbox instead. (Trackable and deliver to door step or drop off to letterbox)
