Serving Suggestion
Wash Naturebio Eucheuma Cottonii with water. Soak for 6 to 8 hours until it swells and ready to serve.
Quick Salad
Cut Eucheuma Cottonii into thin strips. Add in lemon juice, organic sucrose, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame sauce, ‘tom yam’ sauce etc for enhanced flavour.
Signature Salad
Cut Eucheuma Cottonii into thin strips. Add in shredded carrot, kyuri, chilies, soy sauce & a pinch of salt. Serve chilled.
Crystal Collagen Jelly
Boil pandan leaves with water, add goji and red dates to boil another 10 minutes. Add crystal sugar and Eucheuma Cottonii stirs until completely dissolved. Discard pandan leaves, allow to cool down, chilling it in the fridge and ready to serve.
Sweet Dessert
After the Eucheuma Cottonii has expanded, bring it to a boil. Add in your favourite ingredients such as honey, mixed fruits, white fungus, tapioca balls or red dates for a variety of sweet desserts.

食用方法
用水洗净Naturebio珊瑚藻,泡水六至八小时,待自然发泡膨胀后,再取出食用。
简单凉拌
切成小段,可加入:柠檬汁和有机蔗糖、酱油、蚝油、麻油、冬炎酱等各式酱料。
招牌凉拌
切成小段,加入红萝卜丝、小黄瓜、辣椒、酱油、少许盐调味,冷冻后即可食用。
胶原水晶果冻
将香兰叶用水烧开,加入枸杞和红枣,煮沸约10分钟。加入珊瑚海藻和冰糖搅拌直溶解,取出香兰叶,待冷却后放进冰箱,冷冻后即可食用。
甜汤品
取膨胀后的珊瑚藻,用开水煮后,加入蜂蜜、各种水果或白木耳、粉圆、桂圆、红枣,变化各式甜汤品。
