Aged for 12-15 months in the finest Remond French oak barrels. Very good medium to full-bodied beautifully seamless cabernet. It’s brimming with ripe blackcurrent cabernet plus a little dark chocolate and ripe plum. Oak is well handled and the palate lush and rich. Excellent wine. A satisfying deep crimson to purply red, medium bodied Cabernet full of primary fruits evident blackberry/blackcurrant flavour, well balanced with mild spice and silky vanilla tannins with a long deep finish to the back palate.
