I have wasted my money on most of them. They've either tasted horrible or had no effect on my energy level. The extra strength 5hour energy has been by far the best energy shot I've used. I prefer the berry flavor extra strength over the regular 5hour and the grape flavored extra strength. I drink one shot early in the day to substitute a cup of extra strength latte because this product has very little sugar compared to the coffee house lattes I drink. I dont do energy drinks for the same reason. I also use this product about 1 hour before playing sports or golfing. I used to get tired by the 14th or 15th hole but after trying extra strength 5hour energy before I played I had energy to spare. Now I always drink a 5hour energy before playing sports.
