To ensure long working hours with your device/appliance, DO NOT use it with device/appliance that requires 133 Watts and above.

Also, do take note that 110V/120V(Volts) is not 110W/120W(Watts)!! ***

 

This small transformer is intended for low wattage items, such as a personal computer, laptop, battery charger, small kitchen aid, electric shaver, and similar devices NOT exceeding 200 watts. It is NOT intended for high wattage items like hair dryers, clothing irons, heaters, toasters, other household appliances, power tools, multiple items at the same time, and so on. Use of such high wattage items with this transformer will result in damage and could potentially cause injury or fire. To determine the electrical input requirements of the 110/120v device you intend to use, look at the product label on that device for the maximum power consumption. The device used with this transformer should not exceed 200 watts(133 watts for long hours).

 

It is always a good practice to apply at least 1.5 times safety factor when using devices with all form of transformers. ie. do not use with device that exceeds 200/1.5=133 watts for this transformer.

  • From time to time, we may choose to self-deliver the items if we deemed that as more beneficial to both parties. However, shipping fees, if any, will NOT be refunded.
Refund, Return or Exchange

 

We accept refund, return or exchange of the item that has been delivered, on conditions that :

  • the item must be returned to us or exchanged WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of delivery, in a new and unused condition and contain all materials included with the shipment. 
  • Shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded. Buyer has to pay for the return shipping fee or carry in to our store. UNLESS it was an unintentional mistake made by us.
  • There is a 20% restocking fees for all voluntarily returns.
