This light is great for all pet birds. Included is a 21 watt full spectrum bulb that helps with the health of your pet along with a LED blue moonlight that eases night fright that some birds experience. Fits right on top of your cage!This is a unique way to provide your birds with healthy, full-spectrum light. This light design will fit most cages including dome, Victorian, flat tops. For cages with playtops, just remove tray. No hardware needed, simply slide eyelets between the cage bars. The shade is attached to the stainless cage adapter with 4 wingnuts which allows you to change the bulb easily. The bulb is housed within the shade and will sit 4" from the top of the cage. A FeatherBrite full-spectrum bulb (21w, 5500k, 91cri, UVA 4%, UVB .05%) is included with the light. This bulb provides full-spectrum light and minimal heat so the unit is only slightly warm to the touch. Durable non-toxic powder coat is used. A safety wire extender is attached to keep the electrical cord away from the cage. This feature helps prevent your pet from chewing the cord while they are in the cage. Please note that the light is too large for the smaller canary and parakeet cages. It measures approximately 11" x 11" when assembled. Made in the USA! Used lights are not returnable due to certain bird diseases.
