The Fagor LUXTM LCD Multi-Cooker is the next generation of Fagor's award winning LUX Multi-Cooker, a state of the art cooking vessel that offers the convenience of several cooking tools in one machine. It features a new and advanced digital LCD screen with 10 cooking functions: Pressure Cook, Slow Cook, Steam, Brown, Sauté, Simmer, Yogurt, Grains, Eggs and Dessert and 33+ recipe settings plus a custom setting that allows you to program and store your own cooking time and pressure/temperature.
The preprogrammed settings allow you to prepare anything from appetizers to entrees and desserts. The options include: meat, poultry, beans, chili, stock, soup, fish, vegetables, barley, quinoa, risotto, white rice, brown rice and many more!
Added assist functions include: Brown and Sauté - allow you to brown and sauté your foods in the same pot before cooking; Simmer - extracts flavors without boiling away the cooking liquid and deepen your sauces; Steam - cooks your vegetables and fish with steam to preserve their nutrients; Keep Warm - Launches at the end of your cooking time to ensure food will remain warm until the unit is shut off; Time Delay - allows you to delay cooking up to 6 hours.
