As opposed to Palmer's Shea bar that's main ingredient is Sodium Tallowate, which is from Cattle Bones & tallows (ewww!) Also, as you go thru the list of ingredients of this soap bar, you find Cocoa, Shea Butter are actually in the bar, as well as other naturally moisturizing ingredients. If we use healthy products to cleanse our skin, we maintain a healthier body. Our skin is the largest organ in our body, so if we take great care of it, it will take great care of us. As a Beauty Blogger, I recommend this bar. I buy or make my own soaps-all natural bars, mostly. However, I like this bar, and will purchase it if I am out of my hand made soaps, because of the quality of it's ingredients.
