A delivery appointment is required for this equipment. If a delivery appointment is missed or not scheduled fees will apply that are charged by the freight delivery company. Standard delivery is considered curbside delivery meaning that in some cases depending on where you live you may have to unload the equipment from the delivery truck YOURSELF. The equipment will arrive on pallet(s) and is easily unloaded. If you need additional services like a lift gate or white glove service (equipment being placed inside your home), this will require additional costs paid by you and sufficient prior notice is required in these circumstances. FREIGHT DELIVERIES OCCUR DURING THE WEEK AND NOT ON THE WEEKENDS, so you will need to make accommodations when making your delivery appointment with the freight carrier, as these ship via freight!
