Directions:

Use your fingers to lightly pull to make the gathers stay upright.

Lift up your baby’s legs with one hand and place the back half with tabs under your baby’s bottom.

Pull the front half of the diaper to the highest part of your baby’s waist so that the diaper can be fitted securely.

Use one hand to gently press on the side of your baby’s waist, and use another hand to pull the tab to fasten the diaper. Check that the tabs are at symmetrical position.

Use your fingers to check again that the diaper is snugly wrapped around the bottom and not so tight that it pinches your baby’s skin (about one finger away from the waist)
